All of our security staff hold a security guard license by the state of New York and are well trained to monitor any suspicious activities, spot potential hazards and respond quickly to any emergencies that may arise, keeping your property safe at all times. Our staff monitor entrances and exits to establish a presence of safety and authority, greet and assist guests, monitor the lobby for any safety concerns, and provide general assistance as needed, with a strong knowledge of the property and its amenities in order to answer questions and provide directions to guests propperly. In addition to those vital tasks, we are prepared to write up reports of irregularities in daily activity, investigate disturbances and work with the local police and fire departments in case of emergency.
