At Fire Safety Tactics, we are committed to helping every candidate succeed in their [FDNY Onsite Test / Fire Safety Director / EAP Director] examination. We stand behind the quality of our training and offer the following Money-Back Guarantee:

Eligibility for the Guarantee

1-) The candidate must have completed the full course provided by Fire Safety Tactics LLC., including all required sessions, study materials, practice exams and the one-hour session on the examination date or the day before the examination.

2-) The candidate must take the official FDNY test within 30 days of completing our course.

3-) The candidate must provide proof of test results (official fail notification or documentation from FDNY).

Refund Terms

If the candidate does not pass the FDNY test on the second attempt, Fire Ssafety Tactics will offer one of the following options:
1. Full refund of the course fee, or
2. Free retake of the same course at the next available session.

Conditions

Refunds will only be issued to candidates who attended all scheduled classes and followed all course instructions.
Requests for refunds must be submitted within 15 days of receiving official test results.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after verification of eligibility.
This policy applies only to the original candidate and cannot be transferred to another person or course.

Exclusions

Failure to attend classes, complete assignments, or follow test registration procedures voids the guarantee.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or incomplete courses.
